Qualifications

• CPA certification or eligibility required or actively pursuing.
• 3–6 years of relevant tax experience in public accounting.
• Proven financial, analytical, technical and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent client service and desire to build business development skills.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee and manage engagements, prioritize engagements and supervise/motivate staff.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations, mostly day trips; minimal overnight travel is required.

Responsabilités

• Plan, schedule and manage all aspects of tax engagements.
• Prepare business and individual tax returns.
• Perform field work and monitor staff in tax engagements.
• Foster teamwork and knowledge sharing to enhance service delivery.
• Training and mentoring Staff Accountants.
