Job summary

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• 5+ years of experience in tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping.
• Experience preparing complex individual and business returns with planning and audit support.
• Client-facing, consultative or advisory experience.
• Clear ability to explain tax concepts in client-friendly language.
• Must meet IRS/state continuing-education requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
