Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required; 3–5 years public accounting tax experience.
• CPA designation preferred.
• Strong communication with clients and staff throughout tax engagements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file complex federal, state, local, and specialty tax returns.
• Ensure timely and accurate tax reporting with partners and clients.
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and records.
• Maintain knowledge of current tax practices and industry trends.
• Support staff development and client relationships.
• Research tax issues and respond clearly to questions.
• Manage multiple client requests efficiently.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
