Qualifications

• 3+ years of public accounting tax experience.
• Experience preparing and reviewing 1040, 1065, 1120, and 1120S tax returns.
• CPA license preferred or actively pursuing licensure.
• Strong client relationships and communication skills.
• Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and S corporations.
• Assist with tax planning, projections, and strategic decision-making.
• Research and resolve complex tax issues.
• Collaborate with partners and managers on advisory engagements.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through responsive, proactive service.
• Mentor staff accountants and interns while supporting team development.
• Help identify opportunities to create additional value for clients.
