Job description

Are you tired of commuting every day, doing the work while the partner owns the client, and hearing "not yet" about partnership? Are you looking for a local remote role where the clients are yours, your bonus grows with what you bill, and partnership is a real goal?

If that sounds like a fit for you, this opportunity may be the opportunity you're looking for!.

About Our Client and the Opportunity

  • Your billing pays you back. You'll earn a transparent bonus tied to gross billing that also builds partnership points, so your income grows with your book.
  • Partnership is a real goal. You'll start in core tax work and grow into financial planning and wealth advisory, on a clear path to practice leadership and partnership.
  • Your work gets noticed. You'll join a close, fast-growing team where your work is visible and matters.
  • Consistent year round engagements that lighten the load during busy season
What you should know up front:
  • Tax season is still tax season. Expect heavy, deadline-driven hours from January to April, more office visits during peak periods, and a need to be reachable when it counts. The difference is that those hours build your own book and your path to partnership.
  • Day 1 is tax prep, financial planning and wealth advisory work come over time.
