Cube Root Corporation is seeking a Task Order Manager II to oversee day-to-day Task Order activities in Washington, DC. The role involves coordinating with the Contracting Officer Representative, budget and schedule adherence, and acting as a primary liaison for project sponsors.

Required qualifications include 12 years in project management with 6 years in major capital transit projects, an ABET/NAAB degree, and PMP/CCM certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of project experience with 6 years on major capital transit projects.
• ABET or NAAB accredited degree; PE licensure required or equivalent certification.
• PMI PMP or CCM certification required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Task Order activities and serve as primary liaison to COR and sponsor.
• Organize workloads within budget and schedule guidelines as a prime contractor employee (or JV member).
• Oversee engineering, planning, construction and oversight elements for capital projects.
