Job summary

Foxhole Technology is seeking a Task Order Program Manager to lead a large-scale enterprise IT services program supporting development, administration, maintenance, and modernization of mission-critical application systems.

The Program Manager will oversee a multidisciplinary team delivering cybersecurity, system lifecycle management, data center operations, network infrastructure, and user support for 100–200 personnel, ensuring technical delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance.
• PMI PMP or PgMP certification.
• 7+ years of IT/program management experience in the past 10 years.
• 5+ years planning and executing complex IT projects with minimal government direction.
• Experience with large, complex IT service delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the contractor’s single point of contact with government leadership for delivery matters.
• Provide leadership for TO performance, service delivery, and execution for 100–200 personnel.
• Lead program transition activities, onboarding, and continuity of services.
• Establish and enforce work standards, processes, and performance expectations.
• Plan, assign, and manage contractor resources, schedules, and priorities.
• Monitor performance, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Communicate policies, objectives, and goals to team and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain program management plans.
• Prepare monthly status reports and performance updates.
• Facilitate technical and project meetings.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
• Ensure quality control and continuous improvement of program performance.
