Job summary

Foxhole Technology seeks a Systems/Network Administrator Lead to support a large-scale enterprise IT program across development, administration, maintenance, and modernization of mission-critical systems. You will oversee systems and network operations, ensuring service levels and RMF compliance, while guiding a team of contractors in outages and disaster recovery.

Strong security credentials and executive briefing experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must have enterprise IT architecture and network engineering expertise across large environments.
• Experience applying RMF security controls and maintaining compliance.
• Proven ability to present executive-level technical briefings to senior personnel.
• DoD/IC security certifications or equivalent are required.
• Experience in incident response planning and outage management.

Responsibilities

• Administer systems and networks across the enterprise to meet SLAs.
• Ensure operations meet defined service levels and act as service owner.
• Apply RMF security practices to maintain regulatory compliance.
• Support engineering, integration, and testing of infra and software.
• Configure systems and validate hardware, software, and OS integration.
• Plan and lead O&M for enterprise networks with contractor team.
• Lead Outage Response Team and coordinate DR/COOP activities.
• Coordinate outage communications with agencies and vendors.
• Maintain and update the Incident Response Plan quarterly.
• Provide executive-level technical briefings to senior staff.
