Job summary

Foxhole Technology seeks a Program Manager to lead a large-scale enterprise cybersecurity services program for a DoD client. You will serve as the primary contractor interface with government leadership and drive strategic execution, delivery, and customer satisfaction.

The role requires proven leadership in complex cyber operations, resource alignment with mission priorities, and managing dynamic environments. Active TS/SCI clearance and PMP/PgMP certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading and delivering cybersecurity programs
• Experience managing large-scale, mission-critical IT/government programs
• Knowledge of DoD and DHS directives affecting organizations

Responsibilities

• Serve as the contractor’s single point of contact with government leadership
• Provide leadership for task order performance and service delivery
• Lead program transition, onboarding, knowledge transfer, and continuity of services
• Plan resources, schedules, and priorities to meet objectives
• Prepare monthly status reports and facilitate program meetings
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and action items
• Maintain quality and continuous improvement of program performance
