Job summary

The Mission Essential Group is seeking an Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) Program Manager in Suitland, MD. You will oversee day-to-day program operations, supervise Site Leads and staff, manage staffing, performance, and compliance across TOs/DOs, and serve as the primary ME interface with government customers.

Required 8+ years in personnel/program management, strong communication, and a TS/SCI clearance. Travel as needed to support contract requirements and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; experience in intelligence or national security programs preferred.
• 5+ years managing personnel and programs, including supervision of site leads.
• Clearance: TS/SCI; U.S. citizen with valid passport.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ONI program operations, staffing, compliance, and deliverables.
• Lead project schedules, risk management, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure contract objectives are met.
