Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• 7+ years of public accounting, transaction advisory, or related consulting experience required.
• 4+ years of TAS or Financial Due Diligence experience strongly preferred.
• CPA, CA, or equivalent professional designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial due diligence engagements for mergers and acquisitions from start to finish.
• Serve as primary contact for executive leadership teams during transaction process.
• Analyze quality of earnings, working capital, historical and projected financial performance.
• Conduct industry and company research to support transaction analyses.
• Lead management interviews and information-gathering sessions with target company executives.
• Identify transaction risks, deal issues, and opportunities for value creation.
• Develop recommendations related to transaction structure and negotiation considerations.
• Lead due diligence report preparation and presentation of findings to clients.
