Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in transaction advisory or related field.
• CPA designation strongly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee large financial due diligence engagements across industries.
• Serve as trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic insights and transaction support.
• Review and finalize key deliverables, ensuring quality and clarity of findings.
• Manage and develop Managers, Senior Associates, and Associates to build a high-performing TAS team.
• Drive client relationships, including leading meetings with executives and PE stakeholders.
• Identify and communicate key deal risks, opportunities, and strategic considerations.
• Collaborate with firm leadership on practice development and growth initiatives.
