We are seeking an experienced and driven Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) Manager to join a growing due diligence practice within a collaborative, people-first public accounting environment. This role is ideal for a TAS professional who enjoys leading engagements end-to-end, mentoring teams, and delivering high-impact analysis to clients. The ideal candidate brings strong QoE/FDD experience, confidence in client leadership, and a practical, solutions-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence, including Quality of Earnings (QoE).
• Manage engagements end-to-end: scoping, execution, review, and final deliverables.
• Serve as the primary client contact and manage project timelines and expectations.
• Review analyses/workpapers and ensure high-quality, consistent outputs.
• Train, mentor, and supervise staff and seniors; provide clear coaching and development.
• Collaborate with leadership on practice initiatives and business growth efforts.
• Travel locally to client sites and firm offices as needed (daily vehicle access required).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Active CPA license required.
• 6–10 years of experience in Transaction Advisory / Financial Due Diligence.
• 5+ years of TAS experience required (QoE, FDD, buy-side/sell-side).
• Proven experience leading engagements and supervising teams.
