You will gain exposure to financial, accounting, and operational due diligence, interact with C-suite executives, and help identify critical M&A issues while building client relationships and project management experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of public accounting experience.
• Transaction Advisory / FDD experience strongly preferred.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling capabilities.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting.
