Job summary

Prescient Edge is seeking a Sr. Targeting Support to HQDA directed Efforts (Targeting Analyst) to support a federal government client. The role focuses on intelligence analysis, targeting processes, and coordination across commands. Location is Fort Meade, MD, with a compliance-driven environment.

The candidate will conduct HUMINT & CI support, develop weekly reports, and facilitate coordination boards while leveraging DCGS-A, CIDNE, SIPRNET, and JWICS. A polygraph requirement is noted.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Intelligence Cycle, Collection Management Cycle, and Targeting Cycle
• Proficient in intelligence analytic techniques incl. trend/pattern analysis
• Geospatial, link, and social network analysis
• Experience with DCGS-A, CIDNE, SIPRNET, JWICS search engines
• Willing to undergo CI polygraph (NDI)
• Min 8 years combined experience in Collection Management and All-Source Analysis

Responsibilities

• Conduct intelligence analysis to support HUMINT & CI efforts
• Provide detailed analyses for current and future operations
• Prioritize topics and present weekly analyses
• Coordinate Targeting Coordination Board monthly
• Attend targeting meetings weekly
• Conduct analytical exchanges and engagements weekly
