Job summary

Prescient Edge is seeking a Sr. CI Targeting Cell Support (Targeting Analyst) to support a Federal Government client. You will develop CI leads, nominate targets, and produce intelligence products to aid operations.

The role requires extensive CI/HUMINT targeting experience, open-source research, and coordination with internal and external agencies. A TS/SCI with CI Poly is preferred; strong analytical and targeting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years as a CI/HUMINT targeting officer or equivalent education with targeted coursework.
• At least one year of experience in China, Russia, Iran, or North Korea.
• Experience using intelligence disciplines in planning and supporting sensitive collection operations.
• Experience supporting joint or interagency operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop CI leads based on requirements using open-source and classified research.
• Develop targets and target systems; create database records and target intelligence products.
• Produce source analytic damage estimates and battlefield assessments; support combat assessment requirements.
• Conduct collateral damage estimation, target list management, and target strategy development.
