Job summary

Prescient Edge is seeking a Senior Targeting Analyst to support a federal government client in Colorado Springs, CO. The role focuses on all-source analysis, target prioritization, and integrated targeting processes using MIDB and JTT tools.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in targeting with 12 years in related work, and advanced education as described. Security clearance TS/SCI with a CI POLY or ability to obtain one is required.

Qualifications

• 12 years of experience related to the labor category, with recent work within the last 2 years.
• Education/training as noted: Master’s or Bachelor’s plus senior experience as substitute.
• Successful completion of specified targeting/geospatial courses is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides recommendations for target prioritization to achieve commander objectives for plans and operations.
• Performs, documents, and tracks database nominations, creates and updates the database, and uploads targeting materials (TMs) into databases to include relevant space / counter-space data into the MIDB in a format that can interface with targeting processes and tools including the JTT on a weekly basis.
• Develops daily target nomination packets, creates database records, and database target intelligence products.
• Produces all-source analytic damage estimates and battle damage assessments and assists with combat assessment requirements.
• Conducts monthly collateral damage estimation, list management, and target strategy development and provides joint target intelligence support to deliberate and dynamic target engagements.

Education

Master’s degree in a related field

Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years experience (total 17 years) in lieu of Master’s
