Qualifications

• 12 years of experience related to the labor category, with some in the last 2 years.
• Master’s degree in a related field, or Bachelor’s with 5+ years senior experience and substitution option.

Responsibilities

• Provides recommendations for target prioritization to achieve commander objectives for plans and operations.
• Creates and updates the database records and uploads targeting materials into MIDB for interface with targeting processes and tools.
• Develops daily target nomination packets and produces all-source analytic damage estimates and battle damage assessments.
• conducts monthly collateral damage estimation, list management, and target strategy development to support engagements.
