Job summary

Prescient Edge seeks a Targeting Analyst for the USSPACECOM Headquarters at Schriever AFB, Colorado Springs, CO. You will evaluate and prioritize targets, manage MIDB data, and support joint targeting with all-source analysis.

Requires 8 years of related experience, a related Bachelor's degree, and a TS/SCI clearance with poly — or the ability to obtain one. The role includes performance-based compensation and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience relevant to the labor category, with at least four years in the last 2 years.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited institution.
• Additional 4 years of experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
• In-resident Joint Targeting course, Geospatial Imagery/Targeting Analyst course, or Air Operation Center Course preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides recommendations for target prioritization to achieve commander objectives for plans and operations.
• Performs, documents, and tracks database nominations and updates. Upload targeting materials into MIDB and JTT.
• Develops daily target nomination packets and creates database records and intelligence products.
• Produces all-source analytic damage estimates and battle damage assessments.
• Conducts monthly collateral damage estimation, list management, and target strategy development. Provides joint target intelligence support.

• Salary range: $103,000 - $125,000. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and the abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data. Security Clearance:
• Security clearance required TS/SCI with a CI POLY or the ability to obtain one. Job Requirements Description:
• Provides recommendations for target prioritization to achieve commander objectives for plans and operations.
• Performs, documents, and tracks database nominations, creates and updates the database, and upload targeting materials (TMs) into databases to include relevant space / counter-space data into the Modernized Integrated Data Base (MIDB) in a format that can interface with targeting processes and tools to include the Joint Targeting Toolkit (JTT) on a weekly basis.
• Develops daily target nomination packets, create database records, and database target intelligence products.
• The Targeting Analyst will produce all-source analytic damage estimates and battle damage assessments and assist with combat assessment requirements.
• Conducts monthly collateral damage estimation, list management, and target strategy development and provide joint target intelligence support to deliberate and dynamic target engagements. Desired Experience:
• 8 years of experience relevant to the specific labor category with at least four years of the experience within the last 2 years. Desired Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
• An additional 4 years of experience in the specific labor category, for a total of 12 years of experience in the specific labor category, may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
• Desired education/training: successful completion of in-resident Joint Targeting course, the Geospatial Imagery / Targeting Analyst course, or the Air Operation Center Course. Location:
• USSPACECOM Headquarters, Schriever Air Force Base (AFB), Colorado Springs, CO.
