Job summary

Adobe is seeking a Sr. Program Manager on the Global Talent Acquisition team to optimize recruiting processes, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure flawless execution within a world-class organization.

The role emphasizes talent systems, data-driven improvements, and scalable workflows. You will lead design thinking, mentor junior managers, and collaborate with HR Tech, People Analytics, and legal partners to align with strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in TA operations or HR PM with a relevant degree.
• Proven track record leading complex cross-functional programs end-to-end.
• Experience designing new processes and systems from scratch.
• Familiarity withWorkday (ATS), CRM platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter and Talent Insights.

Responsibilities

• Mature and optimize workflows within talent systems, ensuring scalable, user-centric solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners and demonstrate executive presence to influence at all levels.
• Provide strategic leadership in design thinking and drive TA innovation.
• Design and implement TA programs and AI-ready systems and processes.
• Analyze program outcomes using data-driven approaches and benchmark for continuous improvement.
• Identify gaps and new areas for analysis in existing product lines.
