Job summary

GR8_TECH is seeking a Talent Systems Analyst to bridge Talent Department needs with HRIS, ATS, LMS, BI, and automation tools. You will translate business asks into system specs, own configuration standards, and define People data architecture across the Talent tech stack.

This is an individual contributor role focused on business analysis and practical configuration work. You’ll partner with stakeholders to map processes, prioritize the Talent tech backlog, and oversee integrations with n8n,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business/systems analysis for HR or Talent tech (HRIS/ATS/LMS).
• Translate ambiguous asks into clear requirements and specs.
• Strong process mapping with workflow diagrams and specification documents.
• Familiar with BI tools and analytics platforms for reporting and data validation.
• Experience leading system rollouts and prioritizing a backlogged queue.
• Able to define data architecture, data ownership, and governance rules.
• Basic SQL literacy for data validation across BI dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Capture needs from Talent stakeholders and translate into functional specs for HR tech and BI systems.
• Map current and future-state processes, identify gaps, and produce requirement docs.
• Own and prioritize the Talent tech backlog, evaluating feasibility and impact.
• Define standards for Talent apps and data taxonomy; govern data consistency.
• Identify automation opportunities using low-code or API integrations; oversee delivery.
• Lead end-to-end system rollouts from discovery to deployment and UAT.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, Finance, and Engineering on access and data flows.
• Manage contractors and vendors on project work and backlog items.
• Explore AI use cases in HR processes and measure outcomes after deployment.
