Job summary

CIBC US is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner to proactively source, assess and recruit top external talent for Private Wealth and Private Banking. You will develop talent attraction strategies, build pipelines and partner with hiring managers to deliver exceptional candidate experiences.

You will operate in a hybrid model with on-site days and remote work, leveraging Workday and CMSs to identify unicorn candidates and influence hiring decisions with speed and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer with passive candidate recruitment.
• Proficiency using HR databases and ATS (Workday) to manage candidates.
• Ability to build talent attraction strategies and pipelines.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Source, identify and assess external talent with a focus on client-facing roles.
• Develop and implement talent attraction strategies and sourcing plans.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines across assigned portfolios.
