Texas Capital in Dallas seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for Corporate & Investment Banking. You will lead recruiting for a 300+ professional CIB team, partnering with leadership to design a scalable, high‑performing hiring engine and act as a trusted advisor on strategy, market intelligence and execution.

You will manage pipelines, source passive candidates, coach hiring managers, and partner with agencies to deliver a high‑quality candidate experience with compliant, data‑driven

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in talent acquisition for corporate and investment banking.
• Strong data-driven recruiting and market intelligence to guide decisions.
• Ability to influence senior leaders on recruitment strategy and compensation.

Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce a new TA operating model and structured interview framework.
• Manage top-of-funnel strategy and build robust pipelines.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates in corporate/investment banking.
• Partner with senior leadership to define role requirements and selection criteria.
• Attend CIB meetings to stay aligned with priorities and hiring needs.
• Manage relationships with external agency partners for cost-effective outcomes.
• Champion a high-quality candidate experience for senior banking talent.
• Provide coaching on interview frameworks and evaluation methods.
• Leverage market data to advise leadership on talent availability and trends.
• Document recruitment activity to ensure compliance with policy and employment law.
