Job summary

Inspira Education Group is seeking an energetic SDR to build our talent pipeline in NYC. You will collaborate with the founders to identify and engage high-potential candidates for key roles, applying outreach skills to talent rather than customers.

You'll gain rare insight into how a startup prioritizes hiring, manage a busy candidate pipeline in our ATS, and own parts of the sourcing process with autonomy and rapid responsibility.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience as an SDR or comparable outbound role.
• High energy, strong work ethic, eager to learn a new skill set.
• Comfortable with high-volume outreach and consistent follow-up.
• Excellent written communication with the ability to craft personalized messages.
• Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage a large, active pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with founders to build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for open roles.
• Research and identify prospective candidates using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools.
• Write and send personalized outreach messaging to engage candidates and build relationships.
• Track and manage pipeline activity and candidate status in our ATS.
• Help refine our sourcing approach as you learn what resonates with different candidates.
• Take on ad hoc projects with the founders as priorities shift.
