Job summary

The Greenery Inc. is seeking a driven Recruiter to join our Human Resources team in Bluffton, SC. You will partner with leaders across the organization to understand talent needs, develop creative sourcing strategies, and guide candidates from first conversation to day one.

You will own all recruitment stages, from job descriptions through offers, while ensuring compliance with laws and fostering an exceptional candidate experience. This role offers growth and a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• At least five years managing all phases of recruitment and hiring.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
• SHRM Talent Acquisition Credential a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
• Collaborates with department managers to draft job descriptions and hiring criteria.
• Identifies and implements recruiting methods based on role and industry.
• Creates and manages job postings and advertisement processes.
• Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
• Schedules interviews and prepares interview materials.
• Assists with the interview process with managers and stakeholders.
• Checks references and credentials.
• Supports offer process with salary ranges and start dates.
• Ensures compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Organizes job fairs and networking opportunities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
