Wordsmith is building the in-house legal operations platform and is growing fast in the AI era. We seek senior recruiters who can shape our talent for senior roles in legal engineering, partnering with product and engineering teams to hire top talent.

You'll own the recruiting pipeline, map talent across firms and in-house teams, and leverage AI tools to drive performance and faster hires in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for legal tech or AI teams preferred.
• Ability to onboard into new areas quickly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bar-raising legal engineers each quarter.
• Own a robust, fair and fast recruiting process.
• Map legal talent across law firms, in-house teams, legal ops and legal tech.
• Assess what matters: legal judgment, comfort with AI and data.
• Work with stakeholders on how archetypes change with the market.
• Report on your funnel weekly and fix what data shows.
