Wordsmith is building a legal operations platform for in-house teams, growing quickly, and seeking an experienced recruiter. You will shape hiring for senior legal engineers, manage a fast, fair process, and build pipelines across law firms, in-house teams, and legal tech.

The role requires deep recruiting experience, ability to move fast in a dynamic AI-enabled environment, and a track record of delivering top talent with strong metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including hiring in legal or tech
• Ability to onboard quickly into a new area and present as a knowledgeable voice
• Track record with measurable hiring metrics (hires, offers, performance)

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-caliber legal engineers each quarter
• Own a robust, fair, fast recruiting process optimized for best talent
• Map talent across law firms, in-house teams, legal ops and tech
• Assess candidates on legal judgment, comfort with AI and data
• Collaborate with stakeholders as hiring archetypes evolve
• Provide weekly funnel reports and act on data insights
