Checkout.com is seeking a proactive Senior Recruiter based in New York to lead talent acquisition for Corporate and Commercial functions in the Americas. You will craft sourcing plans, engage stakeholders, and build scalable hiring solutions across the US while shaping a world‑class talent strategy.

You will partner with the Talent Acquisition team to drive DEIB initiatives, create compelling job content, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

Formación

• Extensive experience hiring across non-tech functions.
• Deep stakeholder management and business partnership experience, with ability to influence up to senior leadership.
• Passionate about using data to drive improvements and justify solutions.
• Able to prioritize workloads and work at speed while managing multiple relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Build sourcing plans and hiring strategies for the Americas.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and deliver scalable hiring solutions across the US.
• Drive and participate in global talent initiatives and DEIB programs.
• Create compelling job descriptions and candidate communications.
• Map talent and build diverse, strong pipelines for the function.
• Partner with regional TA colleagues to ensure smooth processes and excellent candidate experience.
• Develop scalable hiring processes within the ATS and improve pipeline reporting.
• Stay informed on local employment laws and regulatory requirements.
