Job summary

You will partner with senior leaders, translate needs into scalable solutions, and drive cross-functional, bespoke learning initiatives from concept to implementation.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years progressively responsible talent or HR program experience.
• Strong leadership development, performance, and employee engagement expertise.
• Trusted advisor to senior leaders with data-driven recommendations.
• Experience leading complex, integrated development programs with client focus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deliver high-quality talent development programs.
• Partner with leaders to translate insights into action and adoption.
• Manage timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications effectively.
• Create resources and experiences to support leadership and engagement goals.
• Lead change management and ensure broad adoption across client groups.
• Represent Talent Management as a trusted expert across the org.
