Job summary

CHRISTUS Health is seeking a Program Manager Senior in Talent Development and Culture to oversee the design of leadership, career, and performance development programs aligned with CHRISTUS's strategic initiatives. The role collaborates with Consultants, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to identify needs, develop programs, and demonstrate effectiveness.

Responsibilities include data-driven evaluation, inclusive program design, and partnering with Marketing for collateral.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
Master’s degree in a related field is preferred.
3 - 5 years of experience designing, implementing, facilitating, or managing adult learning programs.
ATD - Creating Leadership Development Programs Certificate is preferred.
ATD - Evaluating Learning Impact Certificate is preferred.

Responsibilities

Design multiple leadership/career development programs aligned with the organization's strategic initiatives.
Collect and present data showing the impact of the programs within the portfolio.
Collaborate with the Talent Insights team to analyze data on retention and engagement.
Collaborate with design and marketing partners to craft program collateral and messaging.
Lead the Talent Development and Culture team through program changes and ensure inclusive design.
