Job summary

CHRISTUS Health seeks a Talent Development and Culture Consultant II to drive team effectiveness, coach leaders, and shape learning strategy to deliver measurable organizational results.

You will collaborate with the Talent Development & Culture team and stakeholders to identify strategies, prioritize projects, and address barriers to improve engagement and performance. The role emphasizes data-driven solutions and objective reasoning to tailor programs for culture and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, education, or related field; relevant experience may substitute.
• Experience in adult learning, strategic thinking, creativity, coaching, consulting, organizational development.
• Certification in ATD – Coaching and Consulting, Fierce, and DiSC within one year of hire.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating organizational development & learning frameworks, standards, policies, and procedures.
• Effectively work in a blended (virtual/Face-to-face) and matrixed organizational structure.
• Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and manages group dynamics across individuals and teams.
• Collaborates to cascade strategies and tactics aligned with CHRISTUS.
• Acts as a strategic, trusted advisor to leaders and aligns requests with CHRISTUS strategies.
• Facilitates sessions to accelerate leader acculturation and team engagement.
• Gathers, analyzes, and reports on learning data to inform decisions.
