Job summary

MasterClass is seeking a Senior Director of Talent Booking to lead a four-person team across talent acquisition and relations. You will own a slate of instructors, personally close talent for new lines, and partner with Creative, Production, Marketing, and GTM to convert access into signed instructors.

This role requires a proven closer with enterprise experience and a track record of managing a dynamic talent book.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in talent booking/relations or representation at a relevant organization.
• At least 4 years in a leadership role or strong player-coach track record.
• Proven ability to close high-profile talent and negotiate with representation.
• Experience leading teams and managing multiple simultaneous projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a four-person team across talent acquisition and relations; own book of business.
• Negotiate and close agreements directly with talent, agents, and partners.
• Set fee benchmarks and deal structures; protect brand fit and commercial potential.
• Oversee end-to-end talent lifecycle from outreach to launch and re-engagement.
• Partner with Creative, Production, Marketing, and GTM to convert access into signed instructors.
