You will partner with infrastructure leadership to identify exceptional talent across specialized disciplines, develop sourcing strategies, and build relationships with the people who deliver complex infrastructure at scale. Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in technical or infrastructure domains.
• Experience recruiting for data center operations, infrastructure engineering, and related disciplines.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to engage passive candidates.

Responsibilities

• Build exceptional infrastructure teams across data center operations and critical facilities.
• Partner with infrastructure leadership to guide hiring priorities and strategy.
