Job summary

Citi is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner in Jacksonville, FL, on a 12-month contract with a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite per week). You will lead full-cycle recruitment for front office roles across NAM and LATAM, partnering with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, and advising on compensation decisions.

The role requires 6–10 years in recruitment within a large financial services organization and a proven ability to build strong talent pipelines using social networks.

Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years of recruitment experience, including full-cycle hiring for front office or client-facing roles.
• Background working within a large, complex financial services organization.
• Experience operating as a trusted advisor within a consultative recruiting model.
• Track record of sourcing talent through social media and digital networking channels.
• Working knowledge of complex compensation structures and relocation packages.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for front office positions across NAM and LATAM, from briefing to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing plans.
• Source and screen candidates through social channels to build talent pipelines.
• Advise on talent acquisition strategy and candidate selection decisions.
• Negotiate offers and manage the offer process with clear compensation rationale.
• Share timely updates with managers and candidates throughout searches.
• Monitor recruitment activity to ensure adherence to Citi policies and regulations.
