Job summary

Leading Path Consulting is seeking a Cleared Team Recruiter to join our growing IT and management consulting firm serving government and Fortune 500 clients.

You will manage fully cleared, full life-cycle recruiting (must have TS/SCI w/ Full Scope Poly) and partner with hiring managers to fill current and upcoming positions, while learning about business development and account management in a professional, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting TS/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph clearances.
• Must have experience handling cleared IT candidates.
• College Degree or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Handle fully cleared, full life-cycle recruiting.
• Identify, contact and pipeline cleared IT candidates.
• Develop compelling job postings.
• Provide excellent candidate experiences.
• Attract top talent and maintain client service.
• Partner with hiring managers to fill current and upcoming roles.
• Coordinate interviews and hiring processing with SMEs and HR.
• Identify passive candidates and strategize to meet business goals.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for fully cleared, full life-cycle recruiting (must have experience recruiting TS/SCI w/ Full Scope Poly candidates)
• Focusing on identifying, contacting and pipelining cleared IT candidates
• Developing job postings
• Providing unforgettable candidate experiences
• Attracting talent
• Maintaining impeccable client service
• Partnering with hiring managers to identify, manage and fill current, contingent and upcoming positions
• Coordinating with technical SMEs, Hiring Managers and Human Resources for interviews and hiring processing
• Identifying passive candidates and managing strategies that address strategic business needs and goals

Experience

Expereince recruiting candidates with TS/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph clearances for the Northern Virginia Intel Customer (and other IC partners)
