Job summary

Mark-Taylor, Inc. in Scottsdale, AZ, seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting across onsite and corporate teams.

You will partner with leaders to define requirements, build sourcing strategies, and guide candidates through interviews and offers. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years in high-volume recruitment, experience from entry to executive levels, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of experience in high-volume, fast-paced recruitment or lead management is required.
• Two+ years recruiting for a range of roles, across onsite and corporate environments.
• Three+ years of multifamily onsite experience at the Assistant Community Manager level or higher is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned onsite and corporate positions, including requisition management, postings, sourcing, resume review, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring leaders to understand position requirements, establish recruiting strategies, and align on qualifications and timelines.
• Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to onsite and corporate leaders, providing guidance on candidate selection and market conditions.
• Proactively source and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and partnerships.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and anticipated needs, focusing on high-volume and hard-to-fill roles.
• Coordinate prescreening and onsite interviews through the ATS, Outlook and Teams for timely candidate communication.
• Prepare and extend offers, coordinate background checks and pre-employment steps.
• Partner with hiring leaders to ensure a smooth transition from offer to onboarding.
• Develop, maintain and distribute weekly recruiting reports on requisitions, pipelines, and hiring progress.
• Analyze recruiting data to identify process improvements and provide insights to TA leadership.
• Plan and coordinate hiring events and community outreach, including logistics and follow-up.
• Represent Mark-Taylor at events to strengthen employer brand and relationships.
• Collaborate with MDTs/DFs and corporate leaders to discuss priorities and staffing needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS and Monday.com.
• Monitor Recruiting inboxes and maintain timely responses.
• Maintain a professional presence on LinkedIn and other platforms to promote opportunities.
• Support the development of recruiting tools and templates to improve efficiency.
• Provide guidance to other TA team members and assist with priorities.
• Ensure recruiting practices comply with employment laws and policies.
• Participate in special projects and other TA duties as assigned.
