Job summary

Cardone Ventures is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist to optimize and accelerate our hiring process, supporting internal needs and other subsidiaries as needed.

The role focuses on data-driven decisions, describing roles, and guiding interview processes from start to finish with a strong emphasis on AI-driven recruitment tools. The position is onsite in Scottsdale, AZ, with annual compensation ranging from $80,000 to $100,000.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years full cycle recruitment experience; executive search exposure preferred.
• Experience in a startup or hyper growth environment strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hit recruitment goals on a monthly basis by target start date.
• Develop role profiles, interview frameworks, and evaluation criteria prior to launch.
• Lead the interview process through full-cycle recruiting and onboard new TA Specialists.
• Leverage AI and recruitment technology to improve efficiency and candidate quality.
• Deliver a white glove candidate and hiring manager experience consistent with Cardone Ventures branding.
