Job summary

Yoh is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to execute its corporate recruitment strategy and fill leadership and key IC roles. You will guide workforce planning, advise clients on sourcing, job descriptions, candidate sources, interview discipline, and offer packages.

You will build qualified active and passive pipelines through research, screening and networking, partnering with hiring managers and HR to enhance the candidate experience and Yoh's employer brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) required.
• 5+ years experience in IT recruiting (agency + corporate) required.
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment and staffing.

Responsibilities

• Fill leadership and IC roles in a timely manner using sourcing and pipeline development.
• Screen candidates using behavioral interviews and present to hiring managers.
• Collaborate with leadership, HR, and compensation to align strategy and processes.
• Enter requisitions and candidate information into ATS and maintain records.
• Brand Yoh and Day & Zimmermann as a destination employer via events and outreach.
