Qualifications

• 5+ years in agency and internal talent acquisition with complex requisitions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across levels.
• Proven ability to source and engage diverse talent pools.
• Experience with behavioral-based interviewing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Strategic talent sourcing using headhunting, referrals, LinkedIn, and social channels.
• Lead interview process with behavioral-based approaches and assessments.
• Collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and compensation teams.
• Accurately enter requisitions and candidate data into ATS; maintain records.
• Promote Yoh and Day & Zimmerman as employers of choice at events and online.
