Job summary

Advantage Behavioral Health LLC seeks an experienced Recruiter to manage full life-cycle recruitment across Advantage Behavioral Health Services, Harmony Bay Wellness and Victory Bay Recovery. You will build pipelines, leverage social media, and partner with managers to anticipate staffing needs and fill roles promptly.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to negotiate offers while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Proven success in full life-cycle recruitment and managing multiple high-need roles.
• Strong interviewing, communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and EHR software.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all recruiting and hiring for Advantage Behavioral Health Services.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to fulfill department needs including part-time, full-time, independent contractors and interns.
• Develop and implement overall recruiting strategy with Senior Recruiter.
• Meet monthly hiring targets.
• Assist and cover other staff to maintain productivity.
