You will develop and execute a recruitment strategy, ensuring a strong partnership with business leaders and a positive candidate experience.

You will source active and passive candidates, build diverse pipelines, and lead compliance efforts while potentially mentoring a team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Advanced knowledge of regulatory compliance and employment laws.
• Proven ability to source diverse, executive-level candidates.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Own full life cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer.
• Partner with senior leaders to design recruitment strategies.
• Develop diverse candidate pipelines and proactive sourcing.
• Guide leaders on expectations, feedback and process timelines.
• Ensure compliance with policies and OFCCP requirements.
