Job summary

CityScape-based Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Western Alliance Bancorporation will own the full recruitment process, partnering with hiring leaders across the Bank to attract top talent. You’ll design and execute recruitment strategies, ensure a positive candidate experience, and support the people strategy to build a high-performing workforce.

You will source candidates through multiple channels, maintain diverse pipelines (including senior/executive), and uphold OFCCP compliance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
• Advanced experience sourcing, recruiting and building strong, diverse talent pipelines, including use of Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, alternative search techniques, and recruiting related technology.
• Advanced experience prioritizing and executing multiple searches at a time with excellent customer focus and attention to detail, with the ability to train and upskill team members.
• Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.
• Occasional travel required.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage. Partner with multiple levels of leaders to understand hiring needs and design recruitment strategy.
• Source active and passive candidates from various channels to build diverse pipelines, including senior/executive level.
• Create a positive candidate experience and guide leaders on expectations and feedback.
• Drive development of processes, technology, and solutions to improve the talent acquisition function.
• Ensure compliance with policies, OFCCP requirements, and employment regulations.
• Lead and develop a team, including coaching, performance management, and training.
