Role overview: This position will be a key contributor within the Workforce Insights & Analytics team, supporting JLL's global talent initiatives through data-driven insights. The role involves working with HR and business leaders to provide critical data interpretation, resolve complex data requests, and create innovative analytical solutions for people-related business challenges.

Key responsibilities:

  • Analytics and Insights: Serve as a subject matter resource in workforce data and analytics, producing actionable insights to address business challenges.
  • Data Management and Modelling: Extract, transform, and analyze HR data at scale. Contribute to advanced modelling projects and support efforts to mature data ecosystems.
  • Consulting and Problem Solving: Demonstrate a consultative approach to data analysis, translating complex information into clear recommendations.
  • Project Support: Lead or participate in workforce analytics projects and measure their impact.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Partner with HR and business leaders, effectively communicating insights at all levels of the company.
  • Continuous Improvement: Maintain a solution-oriented attitude focused on ongoing transformation.

Required skills and experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in human capital analytics, people science, or HR consulting
  • Proficiency in R/Python, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Strong analytical and statistical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work across multiple projects and navigate ambiguity
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., HR, Data Science, Business Administration)
