Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Specialist for a 90-day contract position based in Versailles, KY. The role focuses on fast, independent impact—handling recruiting, onboarding, staffing coordination, and HR systems with minimal training required.

You will manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles, coordinate with hiring managers and agencies, and ensure accurate ATS/HRIS records while supporting onboarding and compliance activities.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR operations experience.
• Manufacturing, industrial, automotive, warehouse, or distribution environments preferred.
• Hands-on experience with ATS/HRIS systems, onboarding, and staffing agency coordination.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and quickly adapt to an established operation.

Responsibilities

We are partnering with a local manufacturing organization seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Specialist for a 90-day temporary assignment. This individual will provide immediate recruiting and HR support, with a strong focus on hiring, onboarding, staffing coordination, and HR systems. This opportunity is best suited for someone who can step in quickly, work independently, and make an immediate impact with minimal training.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
