Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (USA)

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will take the lead in developing and executing recruitment strategies for our New York and San Diego offices. You will leverage your deep expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent while building strong relationships with our key internal stakeholders and candidates. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and highly motivated to contribute to Hamlyn Williams’ growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Talent Acquisition Planning:

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with the needs and business objectives of Hamlyn Williams.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to assess hiring needs, set recruitment priorities, and forecast talent requirements.
  • Design and execute employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

End-to-End Recruitment Oversight:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for experienced level searches, ensuring quality hires for the US business.
  • Support the team in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates efficiently and effectively.

Process Improvement and Optimization:

  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes, tools, and technologies to increase efficiency and candidate quality.
  • Implement best practices across our new ATS (Bullhorn) to streamline recruitment workflows, reduce time-to-hire, and improve overall candidate experience.
  • Utilize data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future demands.
  • Proactively engage with passive candidates and maintain relationships for long-term hiring opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with external talent sources, such as job boards, recruitment agencies, and social media platforms.

Metrics and Reporting:

  • Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, interview ratios, and offer acceptance rates.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on team performance, challenges, and progress toward recruitment goals.
  • Leverage data to optimize recruitment processes and contribute to business growth.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the wider People Team to ensure seamless recruitment efforts and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with other recruitment managers or departments to share insights, resources, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience recruiting for a staffing/recruitment agency.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices, tools, and technologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers at all levels.
  • Expertise in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment CRM tools, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to sourcing and recruiting.
  • A self-starter with a passion for driving results and meeting client expectations.
