Job summary

Day & Zimmermann is seeking a Recruiter to support Field Non-Manual and Project hiring. You will source, screen, interview, and present candidates while managing an active pipeline in Bullhorn and coordinating with hiring managers to meet project deadlines.

You will build relationships with internal stakeholders, maintain candidate records, and ensure smooth onboarding activities. This role demands strong communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience using Bullhorn or similar applicant tracking systems to manage pipelines and candidate records.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to build relationships with Hiring managers, HR, and Market Sector Leaders.

Responsibilities

• Execute full life cycle recruitment for Field Non-Manual and Projects hires, including sourcing, resume review, interviews, and candidate submission.
• Maintain knowledge of key markets: Industrial, Government, Renewables, Nuclear and Fossil, ensuring candidates meet qualifications.
• Build and maintain an active pipeline through proactive sourcing and candidate engagement; document progress in the ATS.
