Job summary

Entegris is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Recruiter (Contract) to support Operations, Engineering and R&D across multiple sites, including the Atlanta area.

The recruiter will manage full life-cycle recruiting, build talent pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to deliver high-impact hires. Responsibilities include sourcing passive candidates, coordinating interviews, ensuring data accuracy in Workday, and delivering a strong candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; prior corporate recruiting experience required.
• Experience recruiting in high-volume or technical environments.
• Solid understanding of ATS platforms (Workday preferred) and modern sourcing tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic setting with strong prioritization and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge of the chemical, plastics, or semiconductor industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in TA projects focused on process enhancement or scaling support for business growth.

Core Purpose

The Recruiter plays a critical role in ensuring Entegris has the talent needed to meet current and future business demands. This position focuses on both professional and hourly Operations, Engineering and R&D hiring across multiple sites while acting as a utility player who can support all job types during peak demand. The Recruiter proactively identifies, attracts, and engages in high quality passive and active talent, partnering closely with hiring managers, HR, and Talent Acquisition leadership to deliver timely, high impact hiring outcomes.

Compensation

The pay range for this role is $60-$68 per hour with pay commensurate upon the hired candidates' experience.
