Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in high-growth technical environments (AI, infrastructure, SaaS, or crypto).
• Ability to discuss LLMs, data engineering, and distributed systems with candidates.
• Proven hit rate sourcing passive candidates from AI labs and crypto-native teams.
• Strong communication for candidate summaries and hiring managers' decisions.
• Ability to operate in high ambiguity as the company scales toward product-market fit.
