Moog is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full lifecycle recruiting in Buffalo, NY. You will source, screen, select, and onboard top candidates for our Commercial Aircraft Group, while supporting other groups as needed.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in technical recruiting, ATS experience (Workday) and strong interpersonal skills. You will work onsite in Buffalo with a focus on high-volume manufacturing hiring.

Work Schedule:

Onsite - Buffalo, NY As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner , you'll manage full lifecycle recruiting efforts by sourcing, screening, selecting, and on-boarding the highest quality and best fit candidates to support our business growth.

This role will primarily support the Commercial Aircraft Group, but there may be times where this role supports our other operating groups such as Space and Defense, Industrial Group, and Military Aircraft Group.

Here's what you'll bring with you:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study
• At least 5 years of experience managing full life cycle technical recruiting - working directly with hiring managers and sourcing talent
• Experience working with Workday or similar applicant tracking system
• Strong sourcing skills; familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
• Well-developed interpersonal skills that will help you build relationships, influence others and represent the Talent Acquisition team in various settings inside and outside the organization
• Proven success in a manufacturing high-volume recruiting environment with the ability to pivot to more technical and complex roles.
• Process-driven mentality, with strong organizational skills.

Here's what you will be doing on a day-to-day basis:

• Typically, manage 16 - 22 requisitions; requisitions may vary depending on level and urgency
• Partner with hiring leaders to accurately define position requirements and develop a sourcing strategy
• Initiate creative approaches to identify difficult to find candidates
• Screen candidates that meet minimum qualifications
• Proactively provide updates to the hiring team
• Facilitate selection decisions
• Extend offers to candidates
• Continuously familiarize yourself with business updates

Salary Range Transparency:

Buffalo, NY $90,000.00-$115,000.00 Annually

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
