Valmont Industries in Omaha, NE is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to lead proactive sourcing and full-cycle recruitment for technical, manufacturing, and corporate roles. You will partner with hiring leaders to build pipelines, deliver an inclusive candidate experience, and use data to improve outcomes.

You will advise managers, manage requisitions in Workday, and collaborate with HR, compensation, and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth hiring process. Occasional travel is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
Experience advising hiring managers and senior leaders.
Knowledge of HR systems and recruitment data.
Willingness to travel occasionally and support events.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles.
Build diverse candidate pipelines and engage passive talent.
Lead full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer.
